Retail Center to Be Renamed Saint Matthews Gateway
(Louisville, KY) – Kaden Companies is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Best Buy Center located at 5005 Shelbyville Road, right off the Waterson Expressway in the heart of St. Matthews. The property, which will be rebranded as Saint Matthews Gateway, features 220,000 square feet of commercial space and is currently home to Best Buy, Total Wine, Front Gate and DSW Shoes. Space is still available for leasing.

This is the first time the property has changed ownership since it was developed as a retail center over fifty years ago. In the next few years, we have some capital improvement projects planned for the center and hope to have some opportunities for new-to-market Tenants to join our existing Tenant roster soon.”
Saint Matthews Gateway is a welcome addition to Kaden Companies’ current portfolio of retail centers it owns, manages, and leases.
